We Guaranty your palm tree will survive for a period of 1 year from
the date of purchase or we will ship you a new tree free of charge.
Sometimes a palm tree will not survive through no fault of yours or
ours, so we will replace it with a new one .IT IS OUR NO FAULT
GUARANTY. You will need to keep a copy of your proof of purchase
and return your old tree to us and we ship you a new tree to replace it.
Just notify us you are sending it back so we will be expecting it and
we will send you a new palm tree as soon as we receive the old one.
